It dosen't mater how much full power you use, i'm only rides on short carttracks and my cluch work good.
On your 2 shoeclutch you can use any zocchi, bzm, cs cluchshoe. The springs must fit to the rider and the track, jelow spring only for junior racer, blue spring for adult rider under 80kg, all above should use red springs. If there is to much slipering on the clutchbell you have to use clutchweight. The distance from clutchbell to clutchshoe should be 1-1,5mm. If it's more you can give a washer between clutchshoe and groundplate, so you can ride everytime a 80mm clutchbell.

I am just off the phone to a pal that raced a bzm for a few seasons and he says the 3 shoe clutch is the way forward on these bikes.
for now,because of funds,Im just fitting a generic HD 3 shoe but in future..i think a 3 shoe by cs racing maybe the way to go.....thoughts?

your going to want to roll the throttle on and off every time you blip the throttle ( I understand it sounds cool) its like reving up your sport bike with the clutch half out no matter what bike you have even a bzm with a 300$ clutch bliping the throttle is heating up the clutch and wasting it's life...

I know some one will chime in so yes if your clutch is set to engage at 9000rpm and you blip to only 5000rpm yes thats ok blip away for some people it's all about speed runs

3 shoe clutch has a perfect perfomanc on this bikes, but when there is a wrong setting you can burne down a new cs in an hour.
It also depending what material is the cluchwear, zocchi has 3 typs,
special> high grip, low durability
racing> mid grip, mid durability
carbon>low grip, high durability.
An so there is you get what you pay.

Setup you 2 shoe chinaclutch with good clutchshoe and springs, buy some clutchweights an go on the track for testing, thats the only way to get a your owne good clutch.

That's the shoe. It broke in half and then it kept the transmission engaged so I took it off the bike last night. I was blipping the throttle as I'm used to mannua l road bikes. I guess automatics need a different riding technique!
I was in an area i could only use full power for a split second.
Yes they do need a different riding technique....you just stab the throttle 1/2-3/4 open and hold on then you roll the throttle ever so gently as to keep the clutch engaged to the bell while still being able to maneuver and vary speeds....the rear brake comes in handy for such a case...you use it while staying on the throttle to control speed.........

When I got my Polini 910 Carena it ran ok and had some hiccups...as the clutch started dying[frying] the thing felt like greased lightning til the clutch arm snapped and failed...when I put a new clutch I had to retune my carb...The 3 shoe clutch on a Polini 910 is similar to a cag...

I seem to be back to square one with the bike today...this thing has a mind of its own!
Last weekend,bike was revving out clean until the clutch died so i got the new 3 shoe into it,got it up on the paddock stand and let it run until warm.
so ,im revving it on the stand and there is this delay when you hit it full open then it picks up and revs out but its not revving clean,it has this delay like its bogging down(this is still when its on the stand) for a split second then it revs right out!
Ive cleaned the carb,ive a good tight clamp between manifold-carb.
Im going to go today and remove the manifold to make sure the gasket there is not torn and check the reeds,il blow out the carb again and check the air filter for cleanliness.
I personally see no reason why it should do what it does.
Il also order a jet kit and change the jet to slightly bigger,its maybe a simple case its not getting the juice that it really needs but when it goes...it really goes! Im surprised a 39cc can make so much power,its an animal!

UPDATE
So I just pulled off the carb,manifold and reed block
Theres a split on the inlet manifold!
Its right under the jubilee clip and its drawing air so if anyone knows a tempoary fix until I get one?

I have now done a temporary repair with plumbers tape...the bike revs out as it should with no delay or hesitation so the issues cured...new manifold and im all good!
