Awesome, thanks for the quick response Repo. How much money would it take to fix it, he just said the motor is no good but I haven't seen it. He wanted 175 for it but I got it down to 80. Also, can u help me fix it if I buy it?

I would pay $80 for it. Depends on whats bad on the motor. It could be a a bad carb or reed or something small. Wouldnt know until you get you hands on it.

You can get HP motors from ebay for under $175. Also bigmotorsports . Com might still have a hp motor for sale. They have great pricing.

Im not good with Reed engines. But EPR and CAM2 are pro's in the Reed/CAG engines. They build some sick cag engines.

Ok sounds good, I haven't seen the little monster cuz I've been working nights lately and the dude works days haha. I've been hoping it's just a bad carb like you say but who knows. I'm gonna go see it as soon as I get a day off from work. Thanks Repo.

Anything can be fixed and parts are pretty cheap. $90 at hk motos will get you a billet alum Winged Head/Cyld 49cc kit, from FC crank, to piston, rocket key and gaskets, everything.
Looks to new for a bad engine, more likely the main jet is clogged and it has been sitting awhile & the float bowl is a mess from gummed up gas. I might go $100 or $150.

Some is selling a 2007 49cc S4 mini quad. The Guy says it doesn't run. I went to look at it. Needs a lot of rust removal on a wire wheel bench grinder. I noticed a rubber hose with some type of fuel filter looking think hooked on to the rubber hose connected to the muffler by a metal adapter. The hose just hangs. The Guy downstairs know what it does. Can anyone tell me what that piece/hose is for. The quad looks like the yellow quad rgv has a pic of,except no Nos hook up & its in black

this is the 2007 49cc mta1 s4 cobra mini cobra. I went & looked at it in person. It needs rust removal, tires, brakes, entire engine repair/carb maybe even a new engine.chain is ok,the throttle is fine, the flairings are ok enough to not be an eye sore. The guy wants $275. Also there's a black rubber hose that connect to the muffler with some metal connector. The hose has some fuel filter shaped thing at the end.
Sorry didnt take more pics.
Does any1 know what that hose does/connects to? btw it does look nice in the pic.very different in person.still would be a nice project to take on but not worth $200.

The part your referring to is the EPA smog tube and probably goes to the airbox...........Its probably bypassed to enhance power and performance......Offer him $160.00
