I have no clue which bike I have, it has a 49cc engine, front exhaust, rear carb. I took the clutch bell off to get to a broken clutch spring and I noticed the clutch shoes had been coming in contact with the engine case because the mounting bolts/pivot pins had become loose. They have a wavy washer on the
but they seem to bind up when I tighten them. What is the correct amount to tighten these? Also where would you guys recomend I order replacement parts from? I'm new to the pocketbike thing. Thanks

The description you stated sounds like you have a 2 stroke X7.........

Does your clutch look something like this?
