No laughing. Ive seen where they have them for 1000 rpm or 2000 rpm how is this beneficial?

A two stroke has very little bottom end, all the HP is at 7 to 13 thousand RPMs. The later the clutches grab the more starting horsepower you have at takeoff. My C1 don't hit till around 8,500 rpms, then it's hang on.

stiffer springs/Higher lockup = more torque.

remember the 2 shoe setup is only for racing... they arent any good for cruising around. also Lighter clutch arms will get the lockup even higher.
