Dual Exhaust?

2540 Views 24 Replies 8 Participants Last post by  BlitzMInc
So I wanted a dual exhaust (I know that it isn't a true dual exhaust) because of my R6 tail light. I don't want it to get melted or broken on the stock exhaust. I want this one (http://www.ebay.com/itm/New-Racing-...es&hash=item2571b8f821&vxp=mtr#ht_4529wt_1165) but I don't have the money and sure as heck won't get it in 11 days. Is there any store I could get one similar to this one or a cheaper dual exhaust then the one PBU sells? Thanks!

Uh you plan on putting those on a stock 110cc??? If that's your plan tjem your gonma loose low end possibly end up having tuning issues. I use just one of those on my modded 165cc really big bore exhaust
I don't care about low end because I don't race. I am getting them patrially for my tail light like I said and it won't be stock, it will have a 22mm carb.

Lol I didn't say anything about a race. Just trying to help you save your motor life.lol That exhaust system is NOT designed for a stock 110cc. Believe it or not these engines need a certain amount of back pressire to stay healthy also. Listen this is common sense, if you don't have money to upgrade your bike like you want to. Then why would you wanna take a chance on ruinning ??? I guess you'd rather it look great and be broke. Than look good and be happy and riding it.lol Well excellent choice my.friend go with the bling.lol
Hugh at sd scooters has those d sections on sale for $20 each plus shipping
Excuse me, but when did I EVER say I cared about the bling and not the performance? If I didn't care for performance, why would I get a carb, cdi, air filter, sprockets, etc? Why can't somebody like performance and looks? I don't think I was ever rude in my comment but you sure as hell were!
Now now none of that
Lol what sweeps is saying is with such a big pipe/bore you will lose back pressure and have trouble tuning your carb it will seem lean but will be rich with not enough back pressure or vise versa I forget and you may kill the motor a lot sooner with that size exhaust
But hugh has those d section mufflers at sd scooters look in the fore sale section there the same ones
Thanks drgnprelude, I just didn't understand and smart*** remarks like that don't help anybody. I most likely won't even purchase them but I wanted a new exhaust because I didn't want it to melt the R6 tail light because it is so close. Thanks again!

Nooooo it only sounded rude to you because I didn't say what you really wanted to hear. Big difference if I was trying to be rude! Didn't you see the lol that means I was laughing. Think about it why would I be rude to you??? It's not my bike or my motor nor am I paying for it. I have my bikes and my trackbike it's all setup. I have plenty of spare motors/parts about 8 ranging from 50cc all the way up a still new in the box 180cc4v motor. So for the life of me I can't think of one reason why I would need to be rude to you.
I was just offering a little bit of info and save you some potential heart ache and cash.
But like I said sir it's your bike your choice..

Lol it's ok drgn I must have hurt his feelings because I didn't say wanted he really wanted to hear. Heck I thought the guys were more rude. When they responded to his thread when he was asking for money to fix his bike up some. Oh well what do I know......lol
So the comments "go with the bling bro" or "great choice" (both used with sarcasm) don't sound smart*** or rude to you? Well I'm not going to argue because you're a senior member and probably think that little n00bs like me don't matter. Well sir have a good day making fun of a teenage (when you're obviously a full grown man) on a miniature motorcycle online forum.
Wow ok I'm out of this one LMAO

Once again your taking this personal and missing my point. especially about me being rude about a decision you have to live with. I just thougt it was funny that's all. I'll say it again, it's your bike, your money don't worry you will be ok. Not tryin to crush your dreams. I've been your age been in your situation. Like a said only tried to help. Didn't wanna see get crushed cuase your motor crapped out on you. Don't worry though I will never offer to help or look in any of your threads.lol
Omt senoir member or not you have right to speak your mind. Doesn't bother me.lol for the record I even own bikes smaller than these mids. So I guess they would be super mimiatures???

Donations please... I'm taking donations....

ROFL
Okay I admit I asked for donations. MY BAD!
P.S., the only thing I find funny is that there is full grown men racing and upgrading mini motorcycles. Really? The only reason I have mine and am doing stuff to it is because I can't drive or buy a REAL motorcycle. I'm sorry if you do own a real motorcycle, but then you have the nerve to make fun of a teenager. Get a life.
