I just bought a performance carb for my 49CC fs 509 pocket bike. The new velocity stack that came with it doesn't have anykind of choke with it. Is it all right to install if without one or should I buy a new velocity stack with one built into it? May be a dumb question but I don't know too much about these smaller engines.

With the carburetor dialed in it should still start fine without a choke, and if it's too cold or takes too many pulls, just hold your hand over half of the intake, all a choke does is block a little bit of air so we can have some extra fuel...

Most of the little engines only need to be choked for 10-30 seconds, and sometimes only when starting it.
