That's like the one CAM2 had, he put 2 engines in it and modded the frame and rear arms & shocks. Must not turn very good with 2 back wheels.

Sounds like you got a transmission with slag on the internal gears......I had a trans that sounded similar and I disassembled it,,ran a jewelers file between the grooves and softened the teeth a lil on a bench grinder with a fine wire wheel and some metal polish...After that it worked better than ever/.It sux the seller doesnt care.If hes an ebey seller slap him with a negative.......

Rubber sealed bearings and angled cog internals that look like their warped from too much heat...wow;-what a combo................Someone didnt have their propeller cap on that day.......

I say youre entitled to a new transmission...............

I sent the video and pictures to the seller. We closed the deal with a $30.00 partial refund, and I keep the transmission. Will polish it and if anything use it as spare parts.

What you're basically asking at this time and point would be a quest for things that may not exist anymore..The mini harley was manufactured from 2003-2005 mainly...

Chinese made pocketbikes aren't how you imagine...it's not like Honda,Suzuki,Aprilia etc..There are no part numbers to associate parts with...It's basically a description like 49cc Mini Harley parts...

Manufacturers of those types were APC,Boreem,Zida,GSMoon,Peace Sports...

Only slim possibility would be fancy scooters but they're shutdown and selling off remaining stock through ebay....

get on ebay and get the parts you need well you can they are drying up fast if you like the mini chopper you might want to invest in a parts bike.

Does anyone know if the return fuel should be above the level

It doesnt matter aslong as theres a return line but you definitely want the rubber bung as high as you can possibly get it without interfering with the gastank cover....
