The basic formula for figuring your gear ratio is Rear Sprocket divided by Front Sprocket..
Ex. If your rear sprocket has 56 teeth and your front sprocket 16 teeth...
56 divided by 16 = 3.5 ....
..therefore, your gear ratio would be 3.5:1
