finished the b1 type bike and started it cooling seems to work no leaks have a look

so started the bike fist time today well happy and sorted the cooling the bike has no leaks and everything seems to work pute some old tights on the carb as i dont have a air fillter for it seems to work get the new chain for it tomorrow so it will be on the tract for a test tomorrow night anyhting you guys think i should do and also im useing coolent in the water and the pipe seems to help more with the cooling and also had to make it with big bends as thay tend to kink but made it all fit and it miss all the hot parts so it good i think any idears and my girl friend loves it shes well happy cant wait to get on it i hope its not tomuch for her haha

also geting to air cooled quads next week one for the missis and one for me am thinking of sticking the blata rep engine in it arfter i get bord of the air cooled engine as more pawer any idears has it bean done as cant see anyone on the net whos done it i really wont to find a big 2 stroke rev and go engine to stick in it but cant see them either

theres a member here named benefield who built a sick watercooled quad......

you have no idear my frunt room is a workshop hahaha and i have so many idears on paper i just wont to get them done hahaha and well the mini quad with a water cooled engine but i wont something with a lot of pawer and to cope im going to take a axle from a gokart and then i wont to bild a mini funny bike like drag raceing and run a water cooled nitrus bike all idears i have hahaha also i really like my quad idear but i looked at the guys sick quad love it but copying i cant do i wont to make a bit diff lol

my small workshop hahaha iv got a masive frunt room my girlfrind says every week her side gets smaller hahaha but yes im hooked im intering the race seasan next year so im happy but i have to get all these projects haha i need more tools like mills and that soon im sure im looking next weekend at renting a small work shop next door to where i live for all this haha so yeah pritty hooked i really wont to lern what you guys know about porting and more so i will be asking much much more haha hope you guys dont mind

I am retired from racing, just collecting and playing now,lol. My A2 Cag Polini is in my living room too, my wife lets me know everyday.

haha yeah well i keep mine sweet by makeing her some toys two haha i.e this blata engine bike hahaha and have tosay 1 mounth ago i didnt know nuthing about 2 stroke engines atall and now am not wurryd about striping a engine down haha and so any idears of engines i shoukld use for my quad idear? i wont something with some pawer behind it i wont this quad to be like a party pice haha like a trick bike sort of thing pawer weels get me any idears?

yeah true i could use two cag engines and bolt them togethere haha or maybe the blata engine i have but i wont to get more pawer out of it is there anything out there thats more than 50cc? in theres mini moto engines?

A 40cc C1 rep engine is $350, no low end power might be better off with an 8 or 11hp 4 stroke BS lawnmower engine, put a cam, and dual valve springs and a good carb and exhaust.

I sent a 44mm piston only in a 4 oz package to England and it was $6.25 US, so a whole engine, scary,lol,lol.

well thats just the thing i wos thinking of useing a rep polini engine not a reverse in the quad do you think that will have the sort of pawer im thinking of?

The left drive chain engine is the best bet, or you will need to swap the rear brake disc and bracket and the rear gear. Why create new problems,lol.

You can buy a B1 engine in England. I would do a search on eBay uk and see what shows up.
