My bet is on B... Those Cases break so easy... One Curb and its done.....
yeah it was B, a cateye to be exact.. we were adjusting the carb with the bike up at full throttle and it fell. then boom!! it broke, but its cool we fixed it(well me lol). it was the housing for the clutch
That sucks man. I'm in CA and I have a spare 49cc if your interested. I live in the Sacramento area
The mounting posts on the left side of my engine keep breaking as well, I've replaced the crankcase twice now, it's really beginning to **** me off... Any ideas on how to fix it permanently?

I bent the mounting tabs so they would be flat against the engine's mounting posts, (there was about a 1/4" gap before) but it did it once again...
The cases are pretty weak, maybe you need some nerf bars so the engine don't hit.

How are Nerf Bars going to protect my engine? My engine doesn't hit anything.

But I have noticed that the engine slants to the left just a tiny bit, I think it puts just enough stress on the mounts so they break.

So I'm going to try and bend the mounting tabs on the right side to level the engine inside the mount. That should hopefully remove all the stress on the engine's mounting posts.

Another thing, I have been trying to figure out how to remove the freewheel so I can install an upgraded sprocket, any ideas...?
Those flywheels have the cluch attached... Remove the clutch and use those bolt holes to push or pull the flywheel off... Long bolts screwed in will push it or a universal puller would work also...

Bumps are bad for catyeyes and X bikes with the Zenoah engines... No Jumping crubs... lol

Make sureto use a lil heat to reactivate the chinese loctite or theres chances youll crack the engine block......
I have removed the flywheel plenty of times to replace the crankcase and install a rocket key, so trust me when I say I know how to remove the flywheel...:)

I was referring to the freewheel on the rear wheel, I know it screws on, but I can't tell which way to unscrew it or how, being there's no notches.

I always ride it on the road, being it's street legal. It's street legal since it's below 51cc, has lights and a horn, and I have it insured with State Farm. That's one reason why I love AR...

Yeah I know, but I was hoping there was another way so I wouldn't have to play with all the little balls inside...

You dont have to play with the lil balls......Ive taken the freewheel units off in one piece many-many times...Theyre the same as BMX bike Freewheel units.........

On this twin enginned bike I have a 17tth freewheel sprocket connecting the rear trans to the rear wheel.........It makes pushing the bike cakework......

I tried taking it off and all that came off is the center ring that holds all the balls in. The center ring is loosened by tapping it to the right. Here's a picture of the freewheel on my bike:
