Gp Rsr Help needed

Bought the bike used and was running good for about two weeks i used up all the gas that the guy had given me for it so i got more gas and 2 cycle oil mixed it up and poured it in the bike the bike ran for about another 30 minuets to an hour then while I'm going full speed on it the bike turns off and can't get it to start sounds like the carb might be flooded but not sure when i pull the pull start i get a little growl like its gonna start but dosent which is why i think carb might be flooded but like i said not sure any help would be greatly appreciated
