pull the starter 2-3 times with choke, if it doesent start, put it half choke and then try again. If it still fails to start, then turn the choke completely off and give it another 2-3 pulls.

dont put the gas cap on too tight, you might be creating a vaccum, which keeps the gas from flowing into the carb, ultimately not getting any gas to the engine.

make sure you use some 28-30:1 break in mix, if you have some starter fluid put some in the plug hole and try again.
thank you so much she started like arfter the 50th pull hahah and wow what can i say the bzm raceing crank just makes the bike roar its a complete beast now i cant believe it wow
:thumbsup::thumbsup:

Now, so you dont wreck it like the previous owner... make sure you give her atleast 4 tanks of break in mix like I said above 28-30 to 1. 1 tank let it idle with the occasional rev up, 2nd and 3rd tank ride in different RPM ranges in the lows and mids, 4th tank put it at wide open throttle for a bit, but dont stress the motor too much.

After that 40-50:1 fuel/oil mix, pretty much to your discretion..

Dont forget to wear a helmet....
Poor a teaspoon of gas on top of the air cleaner,leave the choke off.
thanks so much tomorow is the day i just pute it on the pateo and start her up and just idle till tanks gone then secand tanks ill do the same with the odd rev then 3rd so on and so on i hope by next week shes a runner hahaha well the shop i got it from had it for 3 years with water siteing in her and it just rusted up bad and coresd all sorts of problams so i just done a complete rebild my fist ever and im so happy as i pute it all back together and its working no probs so far and shes all polini parts now so cant see to much wrong and well the clutch drum is rubing in spots but guess with a fue revs it will soon where it off and iv bean told thay run a bit lean so might sort that out as well and well then shes ready to rock and shes got oil in her now as well in the gear sharft and no water or oil leaks so far will cheak the mat tomorrow and see but the bzm raceing cranks has just made it sound like a beast i cant believe its changed that much but i did have a complete standerd one before so who knows sand for all your help and yes a helmet as the girlfriend keeps on to me about it all shes the one who got me the bike and then got me loads of polini parts for it and evan helped with some of the labier work haha im a lucky man and now she wonts to get me a real polini gp6 and a grc rr so im a happy man hahah thanks agen

how do i sort out the idling? then an i worked out the clutch drum (bell) is rubing ever so slightly and terning the clutch a lil but that will where dawn haha i hope
I sand my shoes on the high sides, when there new only 1/3 of the shoes touches the drum. That's on the China bikes, but any brakes or clutches need time to seat. I just put a 3 shoe china clutch w/ Banshee springs, had to run it, take the bell off, sand the places that were polished a few times till most of it was hitting the bell. On the idle there should be a spring held screw on the side of the carb.
