When you ask a question about a carb, state the size and make, of the carb and engine, you will get more info. I talk to 25+ people aday, I can't remember everyones. My 46cc ( 50cc ) C1 water cooled has a 19mm Dell rep PHBG carb. Went from an .80mm jet or so to a 1.01mm main jet. to get it to run right. With the stock jets and big bore you get to much air and not enough gas.
its a 19mm dell rep carb on a 36cc polini reverse engine bzm raceing crank gold inserts standerd reeds and standerd 2 shoe clutches runing on a 50 to 1 mix and a K&N airfilter also i have a blata radiator so i might be fiting that as i herd its better so thats every thing iv done
I knew nothing, I listened to StrayDawg63, and he told me to go to 1.01mm, I thought he was Crazy at first. Mine is alittle rich, and likes to run on alittle back to idle but it disengages the clutches. Might try a .97mm main jet a hair smaller sometime, but have so much going right now. You might start with .97 That's why I went to Widget Supply in Oregon and got a $7 gauge drill set and drill my own, even come with a small drill holder.
okay got any idears what all my jets should be then and ill but them and do it

Your symptoms you described EPR are classic signs or either an airleak or running borderline too lean.....If you were running too rich the rpms would drop then youd be fogging the plug and have the engine die everytime you come off the throttle,,,,,,,If the idle picks up its still a tad too lean
well im sure i sore one a thred some one say what jets are nome on the carbs i just wont someone to say start that a bla bla bla main jet and a bla midle jet and a idle and so one
He told me I might have to go bigger than 1.01mm, and it's the biggest jet in the Rep Dell kit. So, someday I will drill the smallest jet to 1.05mm or something like that. Don't think it's an air leak, cause everything is glued on, unless it was an internal carb leak.
You might try midsouthminimotos, or Tsunamibike for jets.
