Harley chopper 49cc keeps dying out after warming up

Hi I recently bought a Harley chopper 49cc 2 cycle for a $100
When its cold it's starts up and runs but after about 10min of riding just dies out, then you would have to wait a few hours before it will start again.. I tryed putting a new spark plug still dying out.
