help help can anyone tell me whats wrong with my piston and spark plug in this pic

I dont see anything........

yeh i know the web site keeps crashing on me god knows why well its just half my spark plug is black and theres a black cercal on the ppiston and also a half cercal on the head? any idears

Like half burns?...if so the transfer port angle may be out of degrees and one transfer is overwhelming the other or the engine was run too lean..The squish maybe too tight too

Still no picture here either but 1 thing that you Dont want to do if its a 2 stroke is run it lean. That will be the death of it as thats how the engine gets its lube. Rich is better than lean but it has its own problems. It needs the happy medium. Keep pulling your plug after your build to check on how it is running as it indicates how the internals are functioning. Have to run & play with a Honda mower ...
