I've seen that bike before but cant remember the model. It does have the the 49cc Zenoah engine that is on the X1 and X2's.. There is a somewhat recent post on this site that has this same bike and I thought CAM2 knew the model(Its not a Cateye).. I'll try to find the link but sure the Google side of CAm will show soon.. lol

Looks to be a cateye to me. But looks like it has the single chain conversion on it. The motor is on right for that model of MidBike. Its just the X7 that has the chain on the left side. Its the trannies that allow the chain to be on the right. Unlike most motor bikes..

well, its cosmetic features are definitely in the cateye class.. but the gauges are different than a standard cateye (meaning cateyes have 1 gauge only (mph)) ...so i think something more in the "X" series? ???

...i think this bike was "put together", if you know what i mean....

They also had 2 types of cateyes among all the different builders and differences in cateyes. There is the 43cc model cateye than the 49cc superbike cateye. Which may of come with a different cluster of gauges. There is more frankenstein cateyes than all other MidBikes and cags put together out there

So any other cateye parts interchangable with this bad boy then? Or am i stuck getting exact. Cuz right now i do find it ugly. Most of the body panels are missing and just seems incomplete.
Anything for the FS509 will fit but the bodykits are still pretty fugly.I like the naked style cateyes..Theyre easier to work on and ride......The FS529 has larger wheels and tires and the body will need some brackets fabbed up for fitment...Good Luck
