well i just had a thort i know we have talked about it before but whats the best way to join two engines infrunt of eachuthere or side by side i wos thinking two blata engines on a quad would it make it faster or just more torque on take off but same top end?

just looked and i love it hahaha
My twin enginned mini harley had both more torque and topend before I regeared it steeper.....On one engine I was getting 29mph,,started up the second engine and on both engines together I got 36...I regeared it steeper than a single engine can theoretically push and can never ride it on a single engine again now but going 50 on two is so sweet.................

They have r/c engines both aircooled and watercooled for r/c boats and also one for the Baja5b......Theres guys on u-tube showing off theyre side by side engine builds and they just machined an adapter and mounted the coils and cranks 180 degrees out from each other.........
uhhh why. just get a kx60 motor
Unless you can take that KX60 engine,,chop the trans from the jug and make it centrifugally clutch driven having a KX60 engine on a bike that has tires with half its circumference youll be shifting twice as fast and youll be going twice as slow with a very uncontrollable and uncomfortable ride...........That engine and setup dont weigh 10-15lbs...It weighs more than twice as much as a polini 50cc

I put a 70cc McCulloch methanol huffing kart engine that spun 18-19,000rpm's in a Blata 2.5,,,,,,It was a very scary ride that you could only ride in a straight line flat out,,,,,

One day at around 65- 70mph the front neck snapped off and my neck snapped too.......Luckily I lived........
wow im so sorry to here that cam2 wish i new your name haha an well so maybe a 50cc polini engine then yeah? probs the best its going in a quad so that will be better than a bike and im going to bild a back axel off a gokart and the tryers and pute it on the back of the quad longa and more with with the tryers and so i wont lots of pawer so a 60cc engine wont do then twist and go no?

If you can put one behind the other, you do it like this.

Shiz happens but it seems like Ive gotten more than my fair share......

A 12-15hp Polini or Blata engine will be more than adaquate for your build idea....The straight axle is gonna be the only power-robbing downfall.
really how come but i dont know if thay make a LSD in that size do thay?
also EPR in your pics the bike has no foot pegs but you have to stunt pegs on the frunt weel makes it hard to tern humnmn?

Same principal with locked posi rears....when both wheels have to travel equally the trike is gonna tend to wanna stay straight....youll have to practically ride atop the triple trees to get a good u-turn out of it and on dirt steering will be mega sketchy with the single front wheel.....

My Mini Trike of death has a Limited slip differential and it rides and glides so easily...It came out of a 24volt 3 wheeled invalid mobility scooter that was built in the 90's...the newer Invalid scooters have limited slip transaxles now.....

And if my Homemade r/c buggy had a limited slip rear instead if a chinese pocketquad axle it would actually be alot better and easier to handle,,,,,,,,

It's not a road racing bike, it's a mini semi chopper, when you turn left you can push on the right front peg, lol. Haven't made the sissy bar or moved the rear arm back 4" yet either, with alum plates.
More comfortable to ride than conventional Lucky 7, and you don't look like a Dork while riding it,lol, lol.
hahahah funny. cam2 i like that idear i might adopet the idear of a axle like that defo and the trike is underway also im looking for a quadard as well but can find the old ones with out springs only new ones grrr thay are shocking in a bad way and i wonted to say love that idear EPR nice sweet cruz along lol and also your a2 cag with a polini rep engine i wonted to arsk you whats the engine like good lots of pawer what cc is it and bh i wos going to use a b1 engine but think arfter looking at your a2 cag i wont to use that rep engine/ what do you think?
I was told by Jay at Tsun that the 40cc Rep engine makes 7 hp and the 50cc makes 9 hp. A stock Cag might make 3 hp, so the rep engine has aleast 2 times the hp. My polini only had one hour running time when Dmack sold it to me for $50 + $10 for the radiator. After porting and lowering Squish it should be a wild ride. It may still be to close, the piston has about .5mm clearance or .020" I went to mid south and got a real polini upper gasket set for about $10, they have 4 base gaskets to adjust the cyld height.
The C1 also has a 14mm carb stock, just upgrading that makes a huge difference. Also keep in mind they both make power in different places. If you can make some crank case stuffers for the c1, change the carb and clean up the cylinder it screams
crank case stuffers? didnt think i could make them if so how? and also i did notis that the polini is off the line so quick but top end is like 50 and the b1 enging is top end mad i wont to get a medam of the two
More compression will give you more crankcase pressure.
yeah can you buy the crank case stuffers on there own?

They sell crank stuffers...you gotta disassemble the crank to install some of them....

get your self some cork gasket material cut to fit and epoxy it in the crank case areas the has the room for the cork. As long as you have .5mm of clearance your good so get a couple sizes of the cork gasket material might even take you crank case apart and check what you have room for before you buy the cork. The cork works real good and if it does come apart it wont damage your motor when it does
