Im new and need help!!!

i bought the power kit 3 parts from pocketbikeparts.com... i am having trouble understanding how to to put on the 15.5mm carb... i can put everything on but i cant figure out how to connect the throttle cable to it... if someone can help it would be great!! thanks

The black piece that moves is the throttle and thats what you connect the cable to. You should see a little hole in that piece that the cable end fits in
