Inherited a bike from the neighbor

Hello all, to say I am new to this whole pocket bike thing is an understatement! I inherited this bike from my neighbor and have no idea what it is or where to get parts. I know it is a 49cc engine...and it came from China or Asia or something. Other than that I am lost. It does run, and it seems the only issue I am having is that it is stalling out at full throttle. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I am trying to put images on my profile...should be up momentarily.

Post pics so we can see whatsup
There are two main engines for 49cc. A reed port w/ carb attached to the back of the engine block and piston port & the carb is mounted to the head w/ a bulb on the bottom. There made in China, there are alot of different bikes with those engines. Alot of online stores to buy parts. pocketbikeparts in Florida has photo icons of engines and bikes, put a www. and the .com on the end. Find the one that looks like yours and click on it.
Sorry about the delay in pics....thought I could just attach them and not use a photo site. Jumping on that site right now to check out the engines. The carb on mine is attached at the back of the engine with the throttle cable attaching at the top, and the air filter facing the rear of the bike.
Saved a pic as my profile image...any help greatly appreciated

I've also been reading up on that stalling issue and the consensus seems to be that the full throttle jet located in the bowl of the carb could be jacked up...thoughts?

Its a pocketdirtbike......Pull the plug to see which way to adjust the mainjet....theres also an adjustable c-clip on the mainjet needle that can be leaned/richened

The stalling issues are attributed to a massively weak fuel flow,,,improperly set float or dirty carb..............
Gracias.....so when you say plug I am thinking spark plug...which I dont think is the case with this issue. Or am I completely off base. I am en route to the How to section to see what I can dig up. Again, appreciate the help
Think he is refering to plug color, black is rich, white is too lean, a nice tanish brown color is best.
Cleaned out the carb, replaced the main jet with a new one. Adjusted it a little leaner...no dice....made it a little richer...still no dice. Placed the snap ring back at the #3 position. Still having wide open throttle bogging and stalling. Thought it might have been a fuel delivery problem but the fuel line or filter never runs dry. Kinda perplexed now at to what direction to go.
I know it is said that you can adjust your main jet...but being scerwed all the way in would make me think thats how to get the most fuel into the carb...so I should pull it out to get MORE fuel.

Ask your neighbor.... he may of enlarged the mainjet with a safety pin and went too big.........The float could be set a tad too rich too......
yea check float level. Could not be shuttting off when bowl is full. Check for chips or pin holes on reed pedals too. Sounds more like floats to me tho. Problem with carbs that have no overflow on the boowl.
Is there a way to adjust the float? Dont want to go bending any little pieces of metal without consulting the guys on here.

Adsjusting the float is easy...Just bend the float forks...
If you have a 12mm Cag carb your float is round and just floats around, but there is still a tab at the float inlet needle you can adjust.
If your reeds behind the carb and manifold are not sealing, you will have no power, cases have to be sealed to hold pressure, if your crank seals leak, it's the same story.
Did notice the float tabs have to play with those here soon. Got the new air filter and velocity stack in the mail the other day. Put it on and went to start the bike adn it didnt fire up. This whole time I ahve been playing without the air filter on and it starts up no problem at all. Looks likwe more tinkering this weekend....FML
