Last tuesday at Dave's One of a Kind sale got 3 exhausts & an a Blue round air filter, 2 for smaller 26 to 36cc engines, the one on the engine is SS. the one on the bench is steel chrome plated, its alittle different. They were $16 & $14. the blue air cleaner was $4.
The Pro exh was $17, when I got it I did not know it would fit my 49cc eng, but was so Happy it Did. All three are nice exhaust, just what I have been wishing for, lol, lol.

When you hit the gas, the front end get squirrly cause its in the air, it more like snow boarding, lol. I was thinking about KevinTs Polini powered scooter, that thing must really get loose, but I think he has a Cag rear wheel.

what is the first pic of? at first i thought it was a geo/strato gz25n23 then i thought it was one of them 25cc 4 strokes. my polini ped has real itilian PMT slicks on the swirl 5 spoke rims that came with my banshee pocketbike i stipped for the parts. i thought it was geared at 6/76 but it was at 6/70 and i changed the gearing to 6/84:eek:

i actually "lowered" my gsr with frame mods it has low center of gravity and keeps it pretty stable. i can pin the throttle, lean foward and hang on for dear life to peak rpms. my friends get about halfway through the rpms and start getting speed wobbles.

epr, i dont mean to be rude but it bugs me that u call the mitsubishi/john deere tl-52 "49cc" motors a zenoah 49cc. it may resemble the zenoah g43-l with its red shroud, and similar design, but idk why but i see it as a insult to zenoah. zenoah G2Ds, G23lhs, and G230rc engines were my first engines i ever worked on and got me into 2 stroke performance tuning. were i come from we call them 49cc's the Chitsubishis as its the China clone of the Mitsubish motor. they are also very similar to the itilian made Active 40 and 5occ engines too. dont get me wrong i think them chitsu's are decent reliable motors despite they are china quality, i have a 52 that just ported, x-canned, and clutch modded, they make awsome cruzers i gear my 52 at 8/64 and cruze at 30+mph at half throttle. kinda wish i had the ada 4 pedal reeds and a psws head kit for my 52

The little engine is listed as 26cc, its a chinese blower engine, and it came with a real 10mm Walbro carb. I have been modding it w/ parts here and there. Going to try to mount it on something.
You have much better rubber than I do with real slicks, them all terrain chinese tire don't do very good at high speed.
I know it not a Mitsu engine, it a clone engine on a 49cc scooter I got on Ebay for $303 to my door.
I have looked at all the RC stuff Dave's motors has, I want to ask them if them 32,000 rpm bearings could be adapted to Cag engines. I only use Zenoah, cause if I put the real name of the engine no one would know what it was, just like my 40cc Polini & 50cc Blata Orgami C1 Rep engines.

I got an extra engine w/ electric start on eBay for $130 shipped. Took off the electric start. Then got a ported 49cc cyld w/ piston and rings from member Sam or Boosted306. Got the Walbro onsale at Dave's $30 got a $16 GSR40 billet manifold and a few small mods and a boost fitting for the bottle, left the base gasket out. Mine aren't Zenoah, there China piston port engines. Davesmotors has 25cc to 49cc or more engines for scooters, there is a GS R 60 engine or something like that, w/ a 19mm Walbro HDA223B purge carb and billet manifold.

The small engine extra exhaust I told you about is in the first photo on the left laying on the bench next to the 26cc engine.

Your best bet to get those engines cheap is to be on a lookout in CL for pocket bikes. Sometimes you can find complete bikes with few hours of ride time usually at half of what one engine will cost you.
