I have a modded big bore 49cc Giovanni brand mini pocket bike and am looking for a replacement rear sprocket, if not a whole gearing kit. I guess this bike could be considered a cag? It was advertised as a 47cc but found out it was actually 37cc before i beefed it up.

The rear sprocket that is on there now I beleive is the stock one. It is a 54 tooth. The pinion gear is a 6 tooth.

The rear sprocket is bent (not sure how but the bike has ben sitting for years so something probably hit it) I have looked all over for this 54 tooth sprocket and cant find anything. All the sprockets list the type of chain the bike uses but I cannot remember what is on mine. I do know that my chain was very hard to find years ago when I broke it. It was a very oddball size.

I am using the stock pinion clutch drum/bell and I would like to keep it so I don't have to spend money buying an aftermarket one wiht changeable pinions. I would just like to keep this 6 tooth pinion thats on it.

My sprocket looks like this one in appearance, but of course the measurements and tooth count are different in the picture: http://www.google.com/imgres?um=1&h...39&start=89&ndsp=34&ved=1t:429,r:89,s:0,i:360

What chain sizes and sprockets will work with the stock 6 tooth pinion gear?
m trying to get this bike going because I am giving it to a friend for his kid. This bike had A LOT of top end with this gearing. We clocked it one time at over 55mph+

I just tried to measure my chain. I think I have an 05T. So I need a rear sprocket that will fit that size chain and can still use the 6 tooth pinion. The mounting hole in the center of the sprocket is about 1 1/8" across and the bolt mounting holes are about 1 1/2" center to center away form each other. The entire sprocket measure around 5.5" across.

The first one gives no info as far as chain size or mounting pattern and that second one you posted is for a #35 chain, not the 05T.

I found this one but its a 44 tooth. How would this affect my speed?

The poster is an idiot read the panel to the right it says not the #35 chain........Pocketquads come #25 or TF-8mm chain and gearsets only............
