Do not know that model number, is it a 2 or 4 stroke engine? Cost to much to make your own. Wire and plugs cost alot of money. Stuff is getting hard to find, they don't make these bikes anymore cause of the EPA.
If you can find a wiring harness I would buy one. A lot of similar bikes with
different names, all made in China. I have a few bikes from 2006-2009.

 Well I attempted to rewire this today with using one of the diagrams I found here and using the old harness and nothing I checked the fuze and it tested good but after redoing most of the wires nothing comes on and even the solenoid showed no power the battery checks goodand charged no horn no head lights and no brake light and no signals , I guess I head to eBay and spend the money for one that might work but before then I'll pull some hairs out ! How many volts does your battery show when charged?? Should be 13.7 volts, which means nothing without amps. These China batteries don't last long, my new X18 battery lasted 18 months. Have to keep them a full charge 24/7. If you let even a new battery sit for weeks or months and then re-charge, the battery is toast. Any auto store can load test for amps, full charge it and take it to get it check.

Is your big wire off the generator housing going to a voltage rectifier box to make DC current?? Do you also have a starter solinoid off the battery to start your engine.

You have a pocket bike like the one above? Post some pictures and we can help you. On the reed engine the only wires are they kill switch and plug wire. I'm pretty sure it's the same on the Piston Port but I'd have to go dig one of my old ones up, I haven't looked at them in years.

Yes the Piston port engine is the same as the Reed inducted engine.

With no wires connected you will have spark and be able to pull start the engine...

There should be a wire coming out of the shroud near the spark plug the two little wires inside are the kill wires when you connect them together you will not have spark and the engine will shut down

The rest of the wiring is novelty to run lights and other random stuff that you do not need to run the bike
