looking to upgrade cag

okay so so right now my 47cc cag is basically 100% stock aside from upgrade clutch springs, air filter, and pull starter. Right now I'm looking at getting an upgrade clutch assembly (is this neccesary if i already have the upgrade springs?), sikk toys exhaust, racing sprocket, and this racing carb http://www.amazon.com/47cc-49cc-Poc...UTF8&qid=1344042494&sr=8-4&keywords=47cc+carb. Is there anything else (that isnt insanely expensive) that I am forgetting?

For $50 I can by 3 of them 14/14 Dell SHA copy carbs on ebay. How much is shipping, think you can get a better deal. Don't spend $150 or $200 on an exhaust, you can get a decent one from $39 to $70 for a Jet Pro. BigMotorSports online can probably do better than that. For alittle more you can get a pumper carb, manifold, V-stack air filter kit.
can you post a link to a carb and exhaust you would suggest?
Walbro WT603 pumper carb.
Jet Pro/Removable Stinger phatty pipe/home made custom pipe(Keep in mind alot of these pipes have fitting issues and will need some mods, or mods to the frame.)

get carbon fiber reeds, and a big bore kit from BMS or Boosted306...

HP clutch is alot of trouble to tune, just stick with the stock pads with HP springs.

could i get a link to the carb? i cant find it anywhere. As for the exhaust, ill just get the sikk toys one because i dont want to make special modifications.

the sikk toys one will probably need mods too... just a heads up...

There are replicas available for like half that price.... and you will need to buy an air filter and intake manifold to make that fit your motor.
The phat pipe fits almost every bike btw, and comes with a new gas tank because it doesent clear the stock one often times.

it says on the website that the sikk toys exhaust only fits half fairing bikes, what does that mean? Also, would that carb fit a 47cc cag?

Half fairing cag................

well excuse my ignorance but i have no idea what that means. How do i know if my cag is half fairing?
nvm i got it lol. I dont see any reason that the sikk toys exhaust wouldnt fit seeing as it says it fits all half fairing cags.

You have a 2010 or 2011 half fairing cag.....That bike is built the worst out of all the years,,,the frame is so thin and the exhaust is mad choked up with internals similar to catalystic converters.......

I have that same model and had to solid fil the frame with blockfil,,rebuild the top engine mount and rebuild the seat mount. To be able to not die on it.............As you can see its quite modded

meh, i would worry about it if i was racing or something, but its just a toy i mess around with.
where can i get a jet pro? I have only found two sites that carry them so far and they are sold out on both.
Never mind. Could someone just link me to a good pipe and carb that i will not have to modify and will fit my half fairing 47cc cag? That is all i want.

Ebay would be one............The jetpro is one of the best pipes and youre gonna need to upgrade the reeds/reedblock,,coil wire and get a better carb for your engine...That carb on your bike is almost 100% non-adjustable except for changing jets......

http://www.ebay.com/itm/Mini-Moto-P...ing_Goods_Pocket_Bikes_LE&hash=item4d035a72ec

Id contact the seller and email him a pic of your bike to see if the jetpro will fit in a 2011 cag frame because out of all my cags the newer frame was the smaller frame before I raised the seatheight for ride comfort..

The shape of the steel gastanks they put in the newer cags are not as the older models and youll find the plastic filler neck threads will crack where its melded to the steel tank......Mine did...

For something cheap just to mess around on youre gonna be pretty deep just in required mods to keep up to that jetpro pipe then youll definately want more speed........You dont know how many times we here at PBP hear that same statement from some members here when they first join....Soon after theyre posting threads on a full blown out build-up to acheive max power and topend speeds.......LOL
