OK I got a mini chopper fake v twin motor one...

Im getting a jetpro tuned chopper pipe and porting and polishing it...

What kind of carb to buy? mm? the HP walbro clone?

And what kind of settings and jets should i have ?

aLSO...

Would it possible to dumb the primer bulb carb and use a slide carb with reed valve?...

Thanks

First off .........Dont dump the pumper carb.....Its easier to tune the engine with a pumper carb over a floater carb.....

Piston ported engines need a custommade reedbox and internal piston porting/windowing to be able to use reeds seeings the engine is reedless..

With the pipe youll only pick up limited performance....The porting of the piston,,lightening of the piston,,porting of the cylinder ports aswell as port timing it with a degree wheel and raising the compression will make the best power.........

A real walbro WT813 carb would be the best carb upgrade...There are no jets in a walbro,,,just adjustment needles,,factory settings are 1 1/4 turns each needle and the airgap disk setting on the idle screw is around 1mm then adjust the tune to dial the engine-in from there..........

hp velocity stack with hp airfilter is needed

NGK BPMR7A sparkplug upgrade gapped to .030"....

Good Luck

alright , i got a wt-998.. veloc stack, air filter. new pipe. and im gonna glue the cylinder... i bought the carb bracket and swivel cable holder but the carbs throttle lever dont have big enough holes for the cable end fitting,.. GRr. 998 gonna be ok? should i use bigger fuel lines? modify the carb (which has no choke) or anything u can let me know to pay attention to or what.... not porting the cyl. yet... might hand polish it up some is all thnx dude
glue the cylinder? Dont use just any old bond, use some oil and gas resistant 600 degree proof silicon, then put it on finger tight for about 12 hours before torking it.
