You can get that same engine cheaper here.............

you can get a slightly bigger engine for same money as your post...........

both engines are free shipping and the seller ships to the US fast......
Are the vin numbers on those still come back as 49cc on those tho?
Ans are they decent motors
What will need to be done to make it work on an x7

The stock reeded will have a tad more rpm's but the piston ported engine will have better lowend power when tuned-in......

Youre gonna have to mount the engine to the engine plate with the X7 trans attached and itll have to be mounted straight .............

Forget the 51 52 54cc, they all have the same 44mm ported piston, they add 3 small upper ports and call it a 54cc. Forget using a Cag engine unless you own a welder. You need a 49cc piston port engine, and X7 motor mount the Cag is totally different. I built a Hot Rod engine, with alloy head and 19mm HDA 223 Walbro Purge carb.

Ok. So if i put about 200$ worth of the same upgrades and i want the most power and most speed and rpm's which should i go with cag engine (theres way more upgrades available 4 this) or the cat eye engine?

Get ahold of Boosted306, Sam the Man, I call him. Or Power by Sam, ask him for a 49cc ported piston port Cyld/Head. For $60 shipped you get a Cyld and new set of rings. if you piston is still good, and I am sure he will give you a good deal on a piston if you need one. The cag and piston port use the same engine. Don't get a ported piston, they only work on a cag reed port. I have 6 of his kits, they all Rock.
When you get the cyld, clean and debur and polish the parts, then leave the base gasket out and seal it down, that will kick the compression way up. Then get a Walbro WT 813 carb and mod a stock intake manifold to fit the carb pulse hole. I get an alum manifold for $13 online. Then get a Fatty exhaust pipe. Keep an eye on dave'smotors in Utah online, I got a real Walbro 813 for $29.99, they have great Vstack and choke units also. My scooter is a Wolf in sheeps clothing, when you grab the throotle the front wheel jumps off the ground. Need to grind the fins on the Flyw and mod your clutch also.

They have them...Thing is ya gotta pay for them.........Check PBU under X7 performance...But like EPR said theres the beyyer guy with a cheaper headkit thatll give ya nice power.............

If ya get the cag engine your gonna have to mount the engine to a flat plate weled across the stock x7 mounts....................
O well that sounds even easier lol thanks bud will you check the link i just posted and make sure its a cag motorr plz im kinda new to this
Thanks for all your help cam!!!!! And will that trans work as well??
Which side is your chain on?? If it's on the right side you will need to exchange the rear sprocket with the disc brake and weld a new brake caliper bracket on the right side of the rear arms.
Ok awsome thanks bud ill let you all know how it gose when it gets here and i get it on .... THANKS TO ALL FOR THE INFO!!!!!
