Need help to find a part

Help, I am looking for an oil crankshaft oil seal - oil seems to be leaking from this area anyway. It is for a 70cc, 4 stroke Zei quad, approx 2008 model. It has the 70cc Loncin engine. Closest place I found is a engine oil seal kit from ebay in the U.K. though for 4.99 pounds. Anyone ever order from the UK ? I would think there would be something closer. I would like to know some seal manufacturer name & number if I could to order it closer if I could. Thanks
