Ok I changed the spark plug and fuel filter. My choke is closed and my fuel supply is on. My bike will not even start for sec.

Any help would be much appreciated...

make sure its getting fuel..if that is all you changed then something is probably messed up with your filter or fuel system somehow.
I can see the fuel in the filter and I have fuel in the float bowl.

Yeah I've tried that and it still will not start.

The only thing that has sorta worked is putting fuel in the carb, but it only runs maybe a sec. and then dies .

How do I know for sure if it's getting fuel in the carb?

Do you have a spare plug?
If so,keep pulling it with the choke closed and them remove the plug to see if it is wet.
This will let you know if you are getting gas.
If the plug is wet install your spare plug, open the choke and try it.

Some black was on them from probly putting fuel in the carb, so I cleaned them off and did what you said and really can't tell if it's wet, so I'm guessing it's not getting fuel.
So whats the next step I should try?

Is your pet **** in the vertical position?
Just took it out the box today and no it's never run. Also my bike's **** is in the vertical position. lol...
Do most cags start right up? I'm starting to think mines a little screwed up.

Did you flush out the tank before you filled it?
The majority of these bikes have plastic shavings in the tank that will clog up your fuel delivery system.
If you pull your pull start 15-20 times with the choke closed (lever down) and your plug isn't wet then you have a fuel delivery problem.
Make sure you are giving it a little throttle when you are trying to start it.

Yeah I cleaned out my tank with gas. I think I've done everything right so far
I have been using the step by step plans here on the website.

Also should my rear tire spin any? My pinion keeps it from spinning.

Today I took the carb off and looked at it and see no problems with it.
I really don't know what else to do other than taking the engine apart, but would like a few more ideas before I do that.

Also is there a way to find out if my jet is working?

Update: I got the bike started by taken the end of the jet off(the end that goes in the float bowl). I also have to open the choke all the way.
The only problem is it will not idle and smokes alot.

That's for all the help guys..... lol

Open the drain screw on the bottom of the bowl, see if gas comes out. That'll at least tell you if your getting gas into the bowl. If that's good, then pull out the jet and clean it with spray.

I'm using 40:1 mix.

Should I be able to see through the jet? Also I noticed when I give it gas when it's not on the stand it dosen't move.
Can you spin your rear tire when it's on the stand?
Check to make sure your back brake is not too tight.
If you give it a little throttle your tire will not spin until the clutch kicks in.
Try half throttle to see if it will spin after you verify that your brakes are not too tight.
