New Project Pit Bike Style

Hello, This is my new project, The engine was blown, now its getting a GPU Scorpion, i plan on using this pike pretty hard seeing that it is a mini dirt bike and i have a large farm where i can rip around pretty good so i need a somewhat powerful but reliable engine that's why i'm getting the scorpion, it seems a bit larger than most pocket style or CAG bikes, It has 12 inch rims which i have redone in orange (in the pics) and i'm painting the frame orange and leave it without the fairings, I have removed the so called muffler off the pipe (which has a descent expansion chamber) and did a bit of port work on the flange to match the exhaust port, should give me some descent power with some carb work, Im going to try to find some better forks but if not these should hold up i wont be doing crazy jumps on it just something to have fun on and get around quicker on the farm, this is where i'm at so far, more pics up soon! Thanks.

Painting in the snow, lol, you must be Hard Core like me,lol. I have painted between rain showers, lol. If you do, take the frame & paint can inside the house next to the heater, then take it outside and spray before it gets cold. On engine paint I use my hot air gun carefully on it to cure the paint which it needs to cure right.
The orange is fine, keep up the good work.
Lookin good! Keep the plastics blue so it contrasts that orange.. It will be sweet! ;)

I especially like the nice even coat on the Swing arm and the special care taken not to get paint on everything around.. J/k

Cheers!

Thanks, I had the bike in my garage that has a propane heater and makes it HOT as He** in there but it works great for drying paint, i left in there for about an hour between coats, it was dry to the touch in about half hour but i let it cure a bit longer just incase
