new to pocket bikes

First thing is first I'm planning on getting a 110cc manual bike from Forest View Saturday as a early b-day present for myself. I know they sell them an all but wondering what to look for and if its a safe place to get one. and i will be getting a protection plan with it. If not what place would you recommend keep in mind on that too I live near Elgin in Illinois so I really don't want to drive 100 miles to get one. Any advice would be helpful thanks. oh an planning on registering it with the DMV when i get it. And yes its possible in Illinois

Well, your lucky if they let you register an X18, too much trouble in California. Most of the time your spend working on them, not riding,lol.
