Whats good people !!

My name is Billy , Im from MA, I just found this forum online and really liked it so I though I would join, I just got my first pocket bike a month ago, Bought off working one day with this guy in a painting company lol

!! Anyways I think I have a x7 49cc, It runs mint the motor seems strong still,the lights don't work, but i think it might be the battery, Body is okay not bad, makes alot noise shaking all the gauges! My plan is to upgrade the motor to something a little faster, and paint it !!! anyways let me know what you guys think!

Nice bike! Welcome to the forum! Glad to see u like it .as for the batterie goes are u sure u have a fuse in?

By the way I'd take the blue off , just my opinion

Thanks man, and yes i have a fuse on, Im going to take it apart Saturday and try to resolve the problem, I might need new wiring, and yeah Im planing on painting the frame gold and the plasstic stuff flat black, and buff the front lights.

That's gonna look nice! If u had white neon lights that would be killer!are u painting the rims too?

Idk depends on my mood, might black everything out lol and no neons, only trying to ride it during the day! crazy drivers in MA

If u do a black out do a flat black , or u can do a white out!

All that gold is a little excessive IMO. I would give the bike a thorough inspection before you start riding. Never know what kind of mess could be hiding in there.... There are Big bore kits available for it, also 110cc swaps are possible, but will require some custom fitting. Use the Search tooltip and write x7 and you will see everything and anything you might need to know about it. how to mod, maintain and operate.

I been ridding for a long time now , (2 months) lol, and nothing major broke or seems to be about to break. But thanks, Awesome forum.

The X7 looks like it has a 16mm Walbro WT-813 carb, and alum manifold. Here is a new engine I just built, Squish is .45mm, but has no bike to go in. Has a billet modded manifold and 19mm Walbro HDA-223 purge carb. Whole engines been modded.

Nice bro, Could you tell me how much it ran you to built that motor? Im very interested maybe doing the same, Can i just make my 49cc alot faster or do you recommend upgrading ?? Maybe where I could buy parts? Would see your motor

Not bad, but how much performance would I get out of ? and whats the best online parts site would you recommend? I don't think MA has alot of pocket bikes shops! Thanks !

A motor like EPR build would definitely give you noticeable power gains.. There are a few stores you could order from like Bigmotorsports, or pocketbikeparts or SDScooters...
