Hey guys, new to the pocket bike world. Recently bought my son a pocket bike for Christmas and I realized I realtime don't know too much about them so I figured I would pick some brains on here. It's a Zeimini 49cc not sure as to what model though maybe I could get some help on that. Is this even a good brand? Runs great. Found it on Craigslist for 200 but I talked the guy down to 140. What's some stuff I can do to make it lol good i.e. parts wise? What's the best fuel oil mix? Gonna paint it to match my dragbike because he wants to be like daddy lol. Thanks in advance.

Welcome to the forum..........A Zeimini is a brand name of manufacturer of a cagllari....Cags come either 1/2 fairing and is also known as a MT-A1 or full fairing cag also known as a MT-A2...

The bike could have either a 43cc or 49cc engine.........Take a sideshot picture of the head leftside and post it...Ill be able to tell

The engine in your bike will run good on 42:1 mixture with 93 octane fuel..

I have a few cags and did some mods to them.........Heres a couple threads too..The first one will help give you an idea on ow to liven them up a lil...

Welcome aboard, you can get a head/cylinder kit w/ FC crank for around $80. Do the modding to them parts, take the engine out of the bike and mod the cases and ports and put it back together. My avatar photo bike has one of them kits. Here is the engine in my Lucky 7, stock cases with a full circle crank.

Hey guys thanks for the quick responses. Hey cam mine would be an mta2 due to full plastics. Is that a good make and model? What can I do to spruce it up more? And EPR that's **** nice bro. For now I'm thinking of leaving the internals alone due to it being his first motorcycle but if he's anything like me it'll need to be beefed up quite a bit very soon lol.

Awesome threads now are there any for styleing them up? Wheels, levers, bodies, swingarms ect? Trying to make it like mine for him.

As you can see from my 4 cag build thread.....Using the imagination and coming up with a build plan is key but the main holdback is the tools and the skillz.......If you posess all 4 traits youre ready to bench the bike,,,come up with a plan,,,gather parts and go to town........

Unless you either get the plastic body powdercoated or you give it a 5 step paintjob with full wetsand and polish detail the paint on the body will be easily marred by fuel drippage and seepage from the fuel caps that leak easily.......

For wheels youre pretty much stuck with the cag wheels which come 3 and 5 spoke unless you buy a set of euro bike CNC rims and hubs which arent cheap........

If you stick with the cag wheels and want to paint the rims I suggest taping off the lip and sandblasting the shine off....The black rims Ive painted with appliance paint that were prepped by sandblasting havent chipped yet..

Swingarms.......I graft on stretched swingarms on my cags from 20 and 24" kids BMX bikes by heating and bending them with a torch then welding them onto the frame.......If youre looking to make it a rear with a shock swingarn Id start with a pitbike aluminum swingarm/shock

Front forks...Get C1 watercooled front forks and clip-ons..theyre beefier...They also have dual front brake calipers...........

Levers.......You can use anything that looks good and mounts on 7/8" handlebars....I use BMX levers..Theres unbreakable levers and such

Bodies.......You already have a pretty desireable ff cag body but theres the GIO F2 which has a more stylish tail and match to your bike or you can buy a bodykit from a euro bike like a BMS or Phantom and fit them on........Theyre not cheap either

Just know that even building a badass cag on a budget gets quite steep and unless you powdercoat everything it all gets beat up looking pretty quickly..

On the cags I ride alot they get chipped and scratched-up...When they start to look bad I tape off the main stuff,,scuff the frame and give it a touch-up where the chain hits and my feet take off...........The bodies I just run MadMax style because my bikes are so powered up that they like to flip out from under me pretty often..........LOL

Good Luck with your build and Im looking forwards to seeing what you come up with...

Nice bike and whats that a 71/72 Stingray Vette?I have a 67 Maco Shark Im restoring...... Its good to see you got that turbo fitting in there without having to chop the body...Back in the early 90's I turbo'd out an 89 GSXR1000 and I had to masively chop the lower fairing....It was mainly a straightline beast with the extra weight done by a company called Turbo City in Orange City California.I sent them the bike less the fairings by Amtrak...They made a custom EFI intake and stuffed the computer aswell as the fuelpump under the seat............I sold it on ebay to a guy from Canada...He came down to drive it back and ended up killing himself on the way home...
Great looking toys. A guy emailed me about 6mos ago wanting to trade me a 78 vette with a 350 with mods for my 94 Mustang GT 5.0. I should have tookin the deal. I kick myself in the butt. But Man i love the GSXR. My dream bike is a busa.

The first 2 pic was tooken with my wife LG phone. So the blue color is alittle light.

Yep your a dope........my dad had a 78 he bought it when I was 8...I loved that car.........It was the black n silver 25th anniversary edition with the L-82 350 and he bought it with every option including a cb...lol
The main reason i didnt get it was the state taxes i would have to pay on it. Ive paid $350 this in taxes just for my mustang. The guy next door has a sweet nova. He pays $600 a year in taxes for it.

I added a few pictures to my last post of the mustang. I did have 20" cobra racing rims on it. But tires are hard to find in my area.
Nice drag bike, I love the short exhaust off the turbo.

Nice....same bodystyle as my 01..........State taxes sux where you live .......here once you own the car alls you pay is an initial tax based on what you paid unless you paid it at the dealership and a bi-yearly registration fee..........

My dad promised me that 78 when I got my license...In 83 when we went on vacation someone stole it...I was distraught somewhat and took the loss harder than my dad...in 86 when I got my license I bought myself a beat to hell 69 442 and drove it home which I ended up owning til 09...LOL...my dad didnt even see the car and told me to look in the backyard...It was wrapped with a bow...I put 28k on the clock the first year.LOL

The pics from the 80's dont scan too well not that the kodak 110 I used to take the picture was of any real quility anyway....LOL..This pic was taken about 6 years after I bought it...

Heres a more recent pic..It never changed much except suspensions,,framework and supports,,rollcage/ and engines........and oh yeah....Nitrous

I've hit 201 with the gearing I have now and its streetable. I'm aiming for 220 because of the nice little plaque ill get when I do it at the salt flatts. I know ill do more but that's just the starting point. Is that your busa?
