Can you post a pic they made tones of them things the most popular one was the apc mini chopper it was sold by pep boys back around 2005 the most common failer is the Carby then people pull the rope until the pull start fails the electrical system is pure junk and should be removed along with the junk electric start

If you want lights rewire the bike with leds and power it off a rc battery

If your on a pc just click advanced and drag them into the box if your on a phone or tab use the desktop vershon of the site goto advanced click the upload picture icon then point it to your directory wherever that might be there are four different versions that you can use of this site if you include Tapatalk and the developers didn't really make a very straightforward way of doing things at this point we're lucky the site even works they care way more about the ads being displayed then ease of use and the site flow but it's okay as long as it kind of works

Sounds like either an APC Mini Harley woth 43cc 2 stroke piston ported engine or the Boreem Mini Chopper with 49cc piston ported 2 stroke engine......

Either bikes have similar parts....Ebay would be a good place to look...

Just put 43/49cc mini harley/chopper parts....

Good Luck

Yes, your right about the engine set up. That's the best fake plastic V-twin engine I have seen yet.

Thanks for identifying the little chopper. I still can't find any pictures of wht this thing looked like when new. The biggest problem I'm going to have is finding the right side cover. Can probably build the exhaust system.. I can make a cover for the right side but it just won't be the same.

Are you doing a full restoration project on a Chinese made pocketbike?

If not there's ways of melding parts together to obtain a righteous look....

It appears the front forks are bent..

If youre looking for faux engine pieces go to Fancy Scooters.....They have what you need....You just need to know where to look or take pics of the engine and pieces needed and email them....Theyll respond quick,,,,

Very cool...He should be pretty stoked to ride it.........

For fancy scooters you have to email them...They have so many discontinued models listed they can still get parts for,,,

SunL [sun-el]is the manufacturer....2 stroke 49cc diablo mini chopper is the model..

The brake caliper and rotor cross reference to a whole bunch of bikes....The rear tire is real close to a cateye so you can use a Cateye rear rotor and caliper..Disc hardware is M5 x 12mm you can get those from your local hardware store....

I buy import car hardware 8-8.8 grade screw kits..They work just as good,,,,

The rear fender matches the APC brand mini harley
