probs getting my 110cc engine to run. ive been over it several times but in doing so i need an outside view it will not start might cough or run like a few seconds but dies and wont start without throttle plug seems dry i get spark but i dont know how strong. ok i know the things required to run are compression 70lbs is a crappy run 100lbs is good air fuel and spark now i hve new fuel line a new tank carb been cleaned several times and i cleaned the low speed jet it was blocked still nada checked the screws i know the idle set screw i usually dont set till its running but its about 3 maybe less turns in idk dont matter much as it wont effect it running overall just idle speed ect. moooving on i have the fuel air mix set screw at around 2-2 1/4 turns out im prob wrong but ive yet to find any def info on these knockoff honda engines. the frame is custom as is half the parts except the wiring for ignition the coil and the cdi are the orig that came with the engine buuuutttt the voltage regulator is fried and crispy. dont think it matters as far as cdi seems as thats the charging cirquit im yet to use a battery

Why dont you thy the carb off the other bike? Is the float and float needle working correctly and stopping the flow of gas? Pull the carb empty it and blow trough the gas inlet.. it should blow through.. Turn it upside down and blow again.. It should not blow through… Maybe the float needs adjusting? Bend the tabs so the needle closes earlier?!

Good luck!
