You need to remove the kickstarter and pull the rightside casecover off to see whether you need a new clutch or not..........Sounds like the clutchpack is wasted........

I have a 2004 Pagsta that ran for a few weeks . . . It had some awful vibration issues . . . a few days ago whil out riding it decided that it would not move . . . the gears seem to click and change but there is no movement in the chain or axle . . . anyone have any ideas . . . I really need to repair this myself because of some serious student loans right now
