hey guys, i was wondering if anybody has had a good experience with any type of paint on this cheap china plastic. if you know what sticks to these fairings better than any other product, could you please let me know what you feel is the best. im trying to paint my cat eye finally, i think it may be all ready to go it just needs some pretty paint

any suggestions and surface prep tips would be very helpful

thanks in advance

self etching primer after taking the shine off the old paint with steel wool or 150 grit.........

Krylon plastic fusion works pretty good but not as good as automotive paint with flex agent in it and then wetsanded and cleared for gas spill protection

i picked up some of the krylon fusion this morning, and it does look much better than the $1 can of cheap paint from the local wal

i sprayed two panels and they look a heck of a lot better, thanks for the advice cam2, i got some auto paint but no flex agent, and recently traded my spray gun out for some motors so im in the market for a new one.
