Sounds like a 14/14mm Dell SHA copy carb. The choke arm locks in place, push forward on it towards the front of the bike or opening the throttle will release it.
Performance carb help
hey i bought a performance carb I'm not sure how to put it on also when i push the chock down it locks in place till i push a pin thats inside the carb, I'm new to pocket bikes but have two of them one that runs and one that I've been taking apart and is my project if i need to post pics or more info for help let me know and i will so please and thank you
