what recommendations do you guys have for performance upgrades for a blata elite wrs 14 ? such as air filters , carbes etc. things that i can change myself. also links to where i can buy them or sites you guys recommend. i know the bike has a top speed of 50 but i weigh 190 lbs. i want something that can get me going to about 60-70 mph

Take at first a ride with the bike, my weight is about 93kg and its no problem for the kit engine to kick me off.

I know you will not belive in me, but there is no performance upgrad needed to this engine.

Get the bike in your hand and take a ride, you will never get the smile out of your face.

all you need to worry about is sprockets and clutches race bikes are set up for maximum performance from the factory they're not forgiving like China bikes one mistake running it too lean and you're out big money if you want something to play around with I highly recommend getting a Cag

how do i avoid running too lean ? what is the best mixture to avoid that ??

don't mes with the Carby or air intake don't run crap 2 stroke oil onley run stuff for race bikes never run less then 95 octain and never run with anything that has ethanol in it never run the bike on stale gas

when you ride properly warm the bike up plan to ride complete tanks don't destroy the engine by doing stupid speed runs ride it on the track...

do all of the mantance and replace ring and piston at proper intervals

in my area we only have premium gas which is 93 ! where do i find that ? also whats a good 2 stroke racing oil ?

Amsoil dominator is what I'm running right now

I get my fuel from my neighbor and he gets it for me from the racetrack I just send him with my can and 20 bucks I'm like get me as much as you can lol

you can order it in 5gal cans off the net as well 5gal will last a long time for a pocket bike look for 100 octain standard race fuel somewhere around 100 to 110 you could always throw it in something and burn it when it starts to go stale I mix the stuff I get with oil 1 gallon at a time...

Additives are garbage and they don't work I used to mix all kinds of crap paint thinners and all kinds of stuff and it works but it's not very consistent

like I said CAG engines are forgiving

Race bike engines they just blow up when you make mistakes predetonation just destroys them

Call around some speed shops and Dyno shops they can help you out with real fuel

You're also going to want to sniff around go-kart tracks and places where they race mini motos join their club and use the track

It's importan that it is unlead, motul factory synthetic is also a good 2 stroke oil.

There are 3 options to make the elite 50cc.

Opt. 1: rebuildt the engine with original Blata W50 parts, you need
Crank 50cc ----€349,-
Cylinderset 50cc ---€349,-
Head 50cc---€100,-
exhaust and headmount should fit from 40cc engine.

Opt 2.: try do rebuildt with a bzm cylinderset for blata(rare), you need

Crank bzm for blata---€200,-
Cylinderset bzm for blata---only used available but very rare
Bzm head+domecap---€90,-
Need to change the exhaustflange, and need to modifing the exhaust and make your own headmount(no plug and play available.

Opt.3:buildt in a complete bzm engine, you need

Bzm engine---€500-1000,-
External waterpump+mount---€70-100,-
Make your own headmount, change the exhaustflang and modifing the exhaust, modifing the frame that engine will fit.

I think the most power you will get with a complete bzm/cs/ghr engine

You see not so easy as you think😉😉

yup it's no CAG... with euro bikes it's best to buy the bike you want or it will cost you 3 times as mutch to build the bike you wish you had after time money and setbacks...

it's best to just ride that engine untill it's worn out ( 20 to 35 hrs ) then open your wallet and do a complete engine swap or sell it and get a difrent bike what ever comes first...

then you might like the little guy and just rebuild it...

you should of just got the big boy Ultima from the get go like i said ( im just saying )

if you had got a X18 or X22 you would have been a lot closer to that 65mph mark your trying to hit it whould of been safe and you can make those bikes street legal...

to be clear the w50 parts will fit the wrs 14 elite ??

by the way i may or may not rebuild my engine but i just like to know as much as possible so in the future i will always have more options. when it comes to hobbies and things i love to do i dont really care about cost so much i just want to know as much as possible this is my first euro bike bike !

yeah youre probably right but i think i will be doing most of my riding on a track now. i found one thats about 2 hours away so the x18 wouldnt suit me too much. also i plan on getting a brand new blata ultima this summer but i want to see what the wrs 14 is capable of doing first just to get a feel. coming from my chinese bikes i dont know what to expect

right on sounds like your heading in the right direction what to expect

Stock china bikes are like driving a honda civic or focus

A hoped up CAG is like a V8 Camaro or Mustang

Euro bikes are like a dodge viper or skyline...
