Well i guess i ran my new CAG DAYTONA to hard the first day i got it haha... not smart of me.



What happen after i opend up my clutch to see what was wrong. So what should i do? i notice there are 2 rings? (im not machine savey), and the other one looks fine? Can i run it off that? and all the balls fell out of place, and was wandering where do they go? Thanks again if you can help :p

looks to be a bearing, how small is that part? maybe it was for the "Pinion" ?

at least it should be an easy, and hopefully cheap fix!

Someone who knows more than I do about the cag's should be here soon...

Looks like a bearing yes. Would that make it so the clutch/chain not move, therefore the bike not go anywhere but the motor is fine?

You need either new bearings for the clutch housing or a whole new complete housing....
Well theres another 30$ down the drain i have to spend :) If i buy a whole new bell housing that should come with a whole new bearing aswell?

Not True Amigo, go to hkmotos, and $20 will get you a 7 tooth 3rd bearing clutch housing to your door from Hong Kong. Just like the one on my avatar photo.
