Dear Competitors and Enthusiasts of Minimoto USA!

It is hard to believe that 17 Norcal and Socal rounds of Minimoto USA are in the books with one round to go but it is true... Our final round of the season is this weekend, 9-11 November 2012 at Buttonwillow Raceway Park about 2 hours North of L.A.

Thank you so much to all the competitors and supporters of Minimoto USA. Every time you come to the races and either race or help/cheer on a friend/family member you are not only providing yourself with some great entertainment, but you are doing your share to support road-racing here in the U.S.

Here are some general announcements regarding this upcoming weekend:

1. Please let everyone you know about this event!

2. DIRECTIONS to Buttonwillow Raceway Park from the 5 North or South:
- Take Lerdo Highway and go west (Lerdo Highway is about 10 Miles north of the town of Buttonwillow)
- At the John Deere dealership, turn left on the driveway that will take you to Buttonwillow Raceway Park

3. We need to know by Wednesday afternoon if you would like to camp at the track on Thursday night. After we get responses, I can let you know how much it would cost to do so.

4. Camping overnight at the track on Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights will be allowed and the cost to do so is $15 per family per night.

5. This final round at Buttonwillow is a double points round with both the Northern and Southern California Minimoto USA regions joining to compete.

6. A number of racers have already accumulated enough points to lock in championships and we would like to congratulate the following competitors!
1. Minimoto USA Norcal GP 65 Champ: Brenden Ketelsen!
2. Minimoto USA Norcal Mini GP Mod JR Champ: Emi Van Cleave!

8. We will be having a fantastic BANQUET!!! Sunday afternoon/evening after all of the races are complete and we have had some time to add up points. The banquet will include this weekend's race finish awards, end of the year class and overall championship awards, and a special meal. Bring your own beverages. And of course, music, dancing and epic portions of BS'ing and Bench racing will be provided by Chris Ventura, Fernando Ulloa, and Dean Ketelsen! Get some!

9. If we can get some volunteers to add up points after the last race, it would help a lot! Please email me if you are interested/willing.

10. There will be NO QUALIFYING this weekend. All racers will be gridded per their respective class points.

11. We will be completing a about 6 races on Saturday afternoon per our schedule below in order to alleviate Sunday's racing schedule.

12. Buttonwillow Raceway Park has their own gate fee which is completely separate from Minimoto USA's Insurance gate passes. Buttonwillow's gate pass is $10 for anyone 10 years old and older for the entire weekend. You will need to pay this to Buttonwillow when you first come through the gate. And as always, Minimoto USA's insurance gate pass for all non-riders is $10/day or $15/entire weekend for anyone 5 years and older. Waivers must be signed at our registration upon arrival please! It will be a busy weekend so please do this first thing. Also, if you have guests coming please assist in getting them to registration for waivers and fee.

13. Calling all BBQ's. We need BBQ's to help cook all of our food. If you can bring a BBQ please let us know so we can make sure we are covered!
