Hey guys i just purchased a used DM Telai, i assume it's a replica but just wanted to know how can you differ the real from fake? So just need some help identifying if the bike and the BZM motor is a replica...

The motor is 100% genuine. The roller looks legit but it's hard to tell from those pictures. Killer find!

Cheers mate, fake or not was a bargain none the less, are there certain points of the frame that would differ from a real dm?

Yeah, it's a real BMZ engine, like the red brackets. What about it NosMan, think it's a China Frame and wheels, looks to rough to be from Europe. Like the long rear arms. Never seen a frame like that, but it a nice bike, Great engine!!!

Yeah there's lot's that would give it away but your bike is missing stuff. No 25 CR decals on the frame, no billet rear disc gaurd, somebody installed aftermarket rear sets. I'm not 100% sure but I think the real DM midi moto came with hydraulic brakes. Replica's used cable assisted brakes. None the less I would love to have this bike, real or not.
