Revisit: 10 degree float angle

So, I did as Blitz recommended to hook the gas to the carb directly and press up on the float to see if it stops the flow. It does but I have to push it up a ways. Mind you, when I removed the bowl from the carb there was a good amount of gas sitting in the bowl which I dumped. How do I go about adjusting this float properly to 10 degrees? Which tab do I adjust and where do I measure the angle? How do I check to make sure I have the correct angle. I need a little bit more assistance on this guys so help is highly appreciated. I made a youtube video for a visual. If you all have a video you could make or pictures or any clear understanding to help me out is highly appreciated! Thanks!

What do you mean by check the seat for foreign trash build up(ethanol) ?

Thanks for those pictures, I'll try to align my float with your picture.
under the float needle tab is the float needle, take both out and clean good
Ok guys how does this look with the adjusted float?

Now with the float as it is right now, there is still gas leaking out the bottom of the bowl. Do i have the float set correctly? I did both a top view and a bottom view of the float. Is it supposed to hang that low or should it be more stiff? Let me know!

if not a last resort will be for me to buy another carb.
I have heard that that one will not work its a stock replacement for another kind of motor and the mounting flange is different so I would look into it first I'm not sure I have still not confirmed that as of yet and no one has gotten back to my emails about it typically the honda type flange ones are priced around 65-85 and I was told the slide is a round slide but different as well ?????? Cheaper made carb
well unless im an idiot then its the same as this one
http://tboltusa.com/store/mikuni-22mm-carb-p-375.html
and i had this carb on my 110 then the 125 and when i got the 146 kit i had to replace it for a bigger carb
the one i got came with a manifold but the stock should work but be a lil skinny inside
Is that sarcasm blitz lol I saw that one before from that company and when I called to order it instead of using eBay the guy said it won't fit andtried to sell me another mikuni 22mm for $80 that's the only reason I said what I did I could not confirm it all I could confirm is that mikuni does have two part numbers for 22mm carb or 26mm Carb either way its listed
mine came from pbu so not sure what number, id think either were fine but id order it from someone who really knows or you know exactly what you want
no sarcasm, i have a phd in Idiot
