Hi guys ! My name is Razvan, i'm from Romania, and a poket bike lover :) & tuning on 2 strokes engine, of course.

First of all, excuse my bad english, i will prest my little poket bike project.

I bought him last summer, expensive for his degree.... the saller wasn
t a honest person. But i hope i will make it better.


First of all, i recondionate the fork
new paint
new bearing at the fork
brake sistem Grimeca from a malaguti f12 adapted to the back breake
kind of rizoma sleeves
new lever on right part, with space for addapting a mirror
slick on face wheel


Engine

racing crankshaft bb12
racing cylinder 65cc, ported
malossi cage ( piston bearing )
polini carbon slide

I adapted a derbi reduction on my admision, and a hose, a little suport, and i will put a dellorto 19 with a sport filter

Nice! Very interesting Build!! Looking pretty good already... Can't wait to see it finished... Never seen a double shocker.. lol 65cc huh? Is that what the seller said or did you take it apart and measure it yet..

Curious to see if that long carb manifold works ok for ya.. Is the rear brake only held on my that one bolt? Hope it stays put!

the breake will be updated, i will put another fixing rod.

admision.... big fail dude:))) my bad.. to long... i put the stock carb back.

yes, is 65cc , 44mm on piston :D

Its more like 46cc's..............Stock cag engines have a 30mm stroke...heres an engine calculator for verification

This ones 55cc's..36mm stroke x 44mm piston........100% custom built

fabian, i appreciate you for trying :D thanks :D i saw that threads, i forget to say that i ported the cylindre in admision, but carters not yet

@ CAM2, mmmm, i got 3-4 motors in garage, this is the only motor with 44mm on piston, the others got 40mm, and i toth its like at the scooter , 40mm piston ==> 49cmc, right ?

Thats what the chinese say... but if you do the math 40mm and 30mm stroke give 43cmc, and 44mm and 30mm gives 46cmc. I always thought the chinese were good at math hahaha. Turns out they are even better at lying.

No

44mm piston X 30mm stroke is 46cc's or 46cm3...The math doesnt lie and cant be disputed like the math the chinese use....Matt said it good.....Their math is worse than their lies or vice versa.......LOL

There are no true 49cc reed inducted engines......Not even the big bore kits will make it 49cc's of true displacement...Only theoretical according to power output.......

Piston ported 44mm x 32mm stroke engines are the only true 49cc 2 stroke chinese engines made like this one.....




An engine with a 40mm piston times a 30mm stroke is only 38cc's or 38cm3.....On a piston ported engine with 40mm piston and 32mm stroke is 43cc's

Welcome aboard, nice build, love the blue paint. You live close to where Blata pocket bikes where made. Here we call it a mini dirt bike.
