EDIT -> Hmmm doesnt like my link???? Try here: http://minimotousa.com/videos-2

Uh O! Looks like embedding youtube video's doesn’t work anymore... Maybe a new phpBB mod is needed or did Face book ruin all the fun?? Ima Cry....:(
Thnx for the reply guys. I started racing PB's in 05' during the big PB craze. From a cag to a super proddy to getting sponsored by "devilStable" and being pampered with three different bikes. I had a mechanic, and all I had to do was be there. And after quitting my sponsorship I found out how tough and costly it is to race. However, it's really all up to us if we want the community to grow again. Next year , my son (5yrs old) and i will be heading all over to support the scene. Hope to see you guys there!!

NICE! Well welcome back!!! Yay, glad to hear you're getting the kid into racing. What fun he will have!! Ya, Pocket bikes are not the cheapest things.. Especially if you want to race them.. Let us know how the upcoming race goes!! Wish I could make it that far…

Sorry didnt mean to derail the topic.. I-phone is going haywire!!
Here is the mailer that just came out about the upcoming races and Mini Moto Changes!

Happy Labor Day weekend to all of you! We hope you are enjoying your summer break. As much as we love racing, we were ready for a break after 5 straight weekends of exciting racing and the Laguna Seca Moto GP event!

We are extremely happy with how our first year of racing has gone thus far at Minimoto USA. The club is growing and we have had A LOT of exciting races. The club is turning out to have a great family atmosphere and yet is also a healthy competitive club that is going to churn out either: A. Some really happy racers who just love to race or B. Some pure bread World Champs that were able to start their careers early as many of the best in the world have done.

Here are some updates and bits of new news:

1. Our Booth at the Laguna Seca Moto GP event went great! We have received a lot of calls and interest since the event and have some new members that will be showing up at our upcoming rounds as a result of learning about us at Laguna. Thanks to all of you that came by and thanks so much to those of you who helped answer questions and helped man the booth. We really appreciate it!

2. For the November 9/10/11 Buttonwillow round which also happens to be the last round for both our 2012 Socal and Norcal Series, we are thinking about changing the weekend schedule to accommodate a year end Awards banquet/party.

The schedule could be:

Friday - Practice and qualifying
Saturday - Racing
Saturday Evening - End of year Awards banquet and party
Sunday - Free riding and a practice fun day

This schedule would allow the kids to stay up late and not have to worry about being fresh for races on Sunday and would allow the adults to not have to worry about being pressed to get home for work since we are normally off work on Sunday anyway.

Please respond to [email protected] and let me know what you think about this idea.

3. As we announced in Atwater: Minimoto Beginner, Minimoto Junior, and Mini GP Modified Junior points all go towards a separate overall championship. This allows a kid that starts out in Minimoto Beginner and who moves up to Minimoto Junior to be able to continue to accumulate points towards the overall championship. We likely won't do a separate Minimoto Beginner CLASS championship since kids will be coming and going in that class which is not conducive to a class championship structure. We will however celebrate the Junior class championships since racers will tend to stay in that championship for at least a season or even more.

4. More on the Minimoto Beginner class: Basically, as Beginner Racers can run more consistent lines and have picked up their pace, they will be moved to the Junior classes so as not to be with possible slower, less consistent beginners that are entering the class for the first time.

5. Speaking of kids moving up, we are VERY impressed with the increased level of skill that is being produced by so many racers at the last few races. We will very likely have a number of the beginners moving up before or right after the next round in Redding, CA. We will review the last few race results and will let the parents know.

6. The individual class and overall championship points have been updated on our points pages. Please see where you stand in the results so that the next time you register for races, you are for sure entered in the races that you have points accumulated in. We have noticed some racers opting not to race in certain classes that they could possibly be battling for the championship. To help with this, at all of our remaining rounds, we will have a full print out located at registration.

7. Please keep a look out for used NSR 50's, XR 100's and Blata 2.6's that we could purchase and used for people who want to try their hand at racing in our New Racers Program which can be read about at: http://minimotousa.com/new-racers-school

8. As a reminder, our next Norcal race is in Redding, California on the 14/15/16 of September and our next Socal race is schedule to be at Grange Motorsports Park in Apple Valley, CA on September 22/23.

Thanks for reading and have a great weekend!

Darn, I have a friend that lives in Redding Ca., to sick to make it this time. Maybe we could meet there next year. The house is 3,500 sq. ft., plenty of room. The workshop is 1,500 sq. ft. There's a full size pool and the deck goes all the way around the house. Mini moto track anyone, lol. Haven't been there yet, but seen photos.
That would be Rad to meet up in Redding.. I woudnt mind taking a trip up north.. I'll keep you posted on the races.. ;)

The speed track around the deck sounds fun.. I doubt your friend will let you come back.. haha
He was a biker, a Crazy biker, lol. I rode with him to Oregon and Nevada to the Mustang Ranch. We showed up in full leathers, it was a wild time, lol. What scares me is he will wreck all my bikes, lol.
Lol, thats far.... There are races here... ;)

Bump, btw... Anyone coming out for the fun??
If u think about it, it's only a few thousand miles and a couple of states across ;) how many people attend these events on average?
Ya thats far.. lol

Last race I was maybe only about 30 - 35 people attending and maybe 16 racers for all classes.. Between 2 and 6 people a race.. I heard the attendance has grown though and im expecting more.. ;)
Have u seen anybody with a x2 like me?
