Sounds like that bearing is trash...

Probably, ive seen people the in before without then crapping out, i dunno why they did that, maybe by taking them out but then again what are those bearing hammer for lol . Anyway ill be using heat to get them in , i mostly wanted to see how tight a fit these things are

Definitely a tight fit. Lol. I have always used heat and freeze. Sometimes its still a tight fit.

If you don't have a press getting them out usually damages them to the point where you can't use them as crank bearings anymore maybe for other stuff like a jackshaft or something but not crank bearings.

You could each heat the case with a torch and pop them out. I just hammer them out with a socket and use them as spacers or wall ornaments.
