Right now i'm running with the front sprocket that came with my motor which is 16 and the rear that was on this when i bought it and it's 38. I'm getting major chain slap on the lower frame. I have the 14 tooth sprocket that came with the bike and am wondering if I should put that back on and if I do what difference it's going to make and will it damage my shaft eventually etc...

:p

grr. so i put the 14 tooth sprocket on the front which completely eliminates the chain slap on the bottom of the frame but now the chain rubs the top of that rubber chain guard thingie..(whatever that's called..). which is worse? marcelo

wow noob much lol. that is called a chain slider. and a lil rub is okay..in that case. i think that is better than slapping the metal frame below..now we'll see the difference in ride in the am
