It looks like an e-scooter converted to gas...That gearing looks a lil too low in the ratio numbers to get any descent pull out of that setup.......Pull the sparkplug and clean it plus make sure its gapped to .030"...Id also look into the clutch spring...It looks awfully weak the way its engaging with the pullstarter

Make sure youre using a fresh fuel mix of 42:1 with premium 93 octane fuel

Seeings your running a v-stack without an airfilter youre gonna have to richen the Lowspeed needle on top of the carb..........Good Luck..
It's a factory gas scooter. Its a viza venom to be exact. everything is stock including the carb. i have an air filter, i just don't have it on. I have to spray starting fluid in it to get it to start. I don't recall seeing an adjustment screw on the top.

If thats a Viza brand Im gonna say they quality has gone down substantially over the years.............This is a 97 Viza Viper I had since brand new......

Thanks for the pics. Which way do i turn to richen it up a bit? clock or counter clock? next question, why do i have top spray starter fluid in it every time to start it?

The reason why it needs a fuel aid at start-up is because you dont have a choke and youre also running either too lean or too rich...You could also have a bad carb and intake gasket.......My engines start right up with two tiny tugs with my hand over the air inlet and then 1 nice pull............

Before I can tell you which way to adjust the carb right you need to pull the sparkplug and see what it looks like at the insulator tip.............
