Egads Swheels youve done it again...........Nice and awesome job/breakthrough........Whats the rate of travel and did you have to do anything with the springs?

@Cam no special mods, just unbolt and switch the lowers. I left the x8 fork springs in because they are longer plus they're progressive rate springs. IMO is better than the other springs because they also will cut down on coil binding in the forks.
Oh almost forgot, i get 2in of travel body weight compression test.lol I suspect that under heavy loads it will be a bit more.
I also think the x12's forks might be about the same as the x8's. Longer uppers with shorter lowers but don't quote me on this cuase i don't know the dia of the x12 uppers.

I didn't tear into that engine yet, i was planning on leaving it as a 131cc till the bike was finished. Then swap in the my 180cc 4v motor.
Also when doing this swap,use the x15/x18 lower forkleg bolt. It is longer than the x8's and i think it will be more safer.lol

It looks more do-able now.lol but my main focus is to get it setup for the 10inchers first. Then bump up to the 12inchers.

cool now I have another option for my race 15 for any wait to try this one
