the big chrome one is a KT modified FS uni pipe. its universal and not JUST for a 40 or a 60 like the 2 discontinued models. its just a yz250 pipe modified but i still like its performance characteristics now that ive made it a flush end blead. it doesnt have the regular flat spots in the powerband since i fixed the blead. i the ktfsuni also fits that reeded 460 in the back, and is what i will be testing with on my next round of high speed runs. bonniville...

Kevin, your back, Nice work, davesmotors has HDA48D for $45, and HDA223B for $65. I have 2 48s and a 19mm 223B purge carb but not giving them up, there on my special motors. Did you see my German Billet Cag engine, I love to see what you could do with one.

those cases look like there is a ton of potential. id put the husky 45 mm bore single ring flat top piston any cylinder i got out a chainsaw thats a direct bolt on... would give the g62a run for its money.

I am using a 44mm Husqvarna modded one ring piston on FC 10mm crank, ADA head w/ 17:1 cap ground to a full hemi combustion, figure about 16:1, and a sleeved Dell copy PHBG 19mm carb down to 17mm in the rear bore, & have some Polini reeds. It is suppose to go in the A2 avatar bike and a IP2 racing exhaust if it will fit the frame, or a S Jet Pro I have here already.

well i took the 460r on a test ride yesterday. i was gps-ing it at 56 mph on a flat with my mountian man arse on it. i was in 45mph traffic and was only 3/4 throttle and decided to open it up after drafting a car for a few seconds. it is so smooth at 50+ i figured id have some form of speed wobbles but na. i did that run with a custom ada 60/s2 pipe and today ill be testing it with the KTFS pipe i customized the blean and the manifold on.

the flowsystems 40/60 pipes are so far the best pipe for my reeded 460s, but they need to be blead modified to to the most out of them. i made mine universal so it can be swapped between g43ls/gp460/Skopod60s/RCs ect

PS fu ck you azcrew

Nice tuned exhaust, I have a snail shaped Pro Jet on my 49cc piston port on a scooter w/ seat. It's up side down, was suppose to go and a mini chopper 49cc as a slash pipe like Harley.
