Your bike is considered a midbike....the closest model that comes close to the bike you have is the cateye fs509........The wiring and stuffs basically the same........you were given good advice to get rid of all that crap and make the bike more simplistic but youll see in the end that you could of had another complete bike after purchasing most of the parts needed aswell as a battery just to find out the stater/generator combo maybe toasted...

before you go full bore try grounding the case and jumping the starter with a car battery to see if it spins...............

If its the 2 head light bike, it's a Cateye X1 or X2, its a mid-bike, it has 49cc piston port engine, w/ a 15mm copy Walbro WYK pumper carb w/ bulb on the bottom of the carb. I have an X18, it's a Super Pocket Bike, they go from X1 - X22. There is a Red X8 I believe.

Can anyone post a wiring diagram to help me out??!!
Just curious, Is this for an X2, because Ive been looking all over for a wiring diagram.
No, its for X18-X22 with 110cc 4 stroke Honda clone engines.

Post #5 diagram is for a 49cc 2 stroke X1/X2 X3 cateye and harleybike
Super bike identification is can be identified with the help of brand or logo it clearly give the idea about the bikes.
Thanks CAM2, I saved it, for my piston port engines.
Just bought my first bike I believe its an X12 owner told me it was an X15. I just picked it up for 300$. did oil change and cleaned it up

bike is stock except for a intake on the stock carb.

I wanted to know whats a good budget upgrade list for more top speed on the stock 107cc, (carb, exhaust, rear sprocket)

What carb, exhaust, and sprocket can i get thats inexpensive? and as far as fuel goes what lines do i purchase and where and wheres best place to purchase parts

since i got no response, went ahead and ordered a 33 tooth sprocket, 4 stroke gold chain, 4 stroke ngk comp plug, and chain lube from PBU.

bike needs a new rear tire so while im their might as well change this out.
I hope you got the right gear, the only 33 I know of looks like the X18 pattern but its smaller, I redrilled the 6 mount holes on the 33 gear I ordered from PB Parts from 5mm to get 6mm and put it on my X7 8" rear rim. Your rims should be 10". I would call PBU and make sure you have the right gear. Measure acrossed 2 of the mount holes center to center, then if there not sure, they can measure there gear. I got a 28th billet alum. machined rear gear from them before for $28.

Thank you for responding, http://www.pocketbikesunlimited.com/4STROKESPROCKETS.html go down to X-12 sprockets and its the 33 tooth

my rims are 10", im going to call PBU, good suggestion thank god they're not open monday and will get this verified before they ship anything out.

what carb is inexpensive and will help add HP? with a carb should I purchase the blue CDI?
if you need tires. the best prices ive found are on amazon. i got a Maxxis for the back of my x15 for 55 shipped. i cant find the maxxis on amazon any more but you will find Metzeler, Kenda, Continental and michelin starting at 30 bucks.
For my X15 I used a Kenda K13 130/70-10 on the rear and a Pirelli SL-26 90/90-10 on the front..My X18 stuntbike also has a Pirelli SL-26 90/90-10 tire on the front..Nice tread patterns and lots of extra grip plus stability the crappy chinese Zhongya's cant provide....I got the Kenda for $22 and the two Pirellis for $40..Superbike Superstore had a wickedly low priced sale.........They do it every once in awhile too..

Every owner of a superbike should always get the basic mods out of the way...It totally uncorks and unrestricts the bike so ya know what youre actually working with as far as power..

Basic mods are:

Drilling the fuel tank output to 1/4"

upgrading fuellines/fuelfilter to 1/4"

doing the floatbowl restrictor tab removal mod

porting and rejetting the stock carb plus taperporting the intake or getting a 22mm carb and a 22mm intake with jetpack assortment kit

upgrading torch plug for NGK CR7HSA or C7HSA..gap is between .023"-.027"

replacing the stock sparkwire for one from an automotive set...

replacing the stock CDI for the blue anodized aluminum one....Its advances the timing,,had built-in duplicator circuits and also amplifys the signal coming from the stator with more power going to the coil........

doing an oil change using 40% 10w/40 motorcycle engine oil and 60% Amsoil 5w/20 full motorcycle synthetic engine oil mix...This will get ya a faster spool-up and a quicker flow of oil to protect the upperend.....

modifying the exhaust to flow better by uncorking either the muffler or grinding open the headpipe

wrapping exhaust pipe with fiberglass wrap

doing the headbreather mod

Lubing the clutch cable,,choke cable and throttle cable internals..Also lube the chain...It will reduce friction at high speeds.....

Buying a Battery tender brand trickle charger and add the charging plug directly to the battery and dont use the crappy chinese system....The battery tender brand is a true automatic trickle and storage charger that doesnt overcharge the battery if left plugged in all the time...

If you have a 4 speed full manual with handclutch you will also need to service the clutch acutator rod under the silver chrome cover...Theres a sharp bur that digs into the pivot plate causing clutch hang-ups in the middle of shifts plus it makes the clutch throw action smooth as heck and lightning quick.........

swapping out the gearing if you desire more topend speeds or more torque...smaller countershaft gear equals more torque and larger equals more topend...The rear sprocket is opposite.......smaller more topend and larger more torque........

It doesnt matter if you have a 50cc,70cc,,90cc,110cc,125cc ,,4 stroke quad,,dirtbike, trailbike,,superbike or midbike as long as it has a 4 stroke chinese clone Loncin or Lifan based engine then these mods will work for you too so before anyone starts with how about my model.....Youre being forewarned!!...LOL

Sounds like this bike needs alot of work.........First things to start with is getting that carb spotlessly clean and adjusted right with the float and a/f mixture screw,,making a quick ignition system harness and using the kickstarter to start it with ..........Good Luck
