2. no one carries body panels like the nose cone for an x18
3.i will NEVER in a million years mount another 145-50/10 tubeless tire......i literally sprained my wrist working that tire back on......marcelomarcelomarcelo

If you take the time to mod the clutch assembly parts and lube the cable with high quality cable lube or silicone oil you can have a lightning fast clutch with zero pull.........Theres no way a hydro clutch can react faster than my clutch.........Send it back...You can do the same for the throttle and the choke aswell.............

Check with SDScooters(HUGH) he might be of assistance on the body panel.........I just chopped my body with a hacksaw and made it a naked streetfighter style in a 1 piece design...I plastic welded it all together for extra strength and eliminate any rattle ......

I mounted a better than chinese quality 130/70-10 rear tire with a real bead ring and it wasnt so hard with a lil heating of the tire,,lubing with wd-40 and pressing it on literally by hand with very little use of a tire tool........

Yep!!! Take nothing for granted when working with parts from China.lol
When you put fluid in,did you notice any leaks? If not then it's possible it needs to be bled more. I don't know the process you used besides loosening the red cap alittle. But when i bleed minds i didn't install the unit. Till i finished the bleeding process.
Hopefully you can find a battered one and fix it mine was destroyed so a month ago i did get one but it was very expensive at the time i was told there were a few left i am ashamed to say how much i paid lol if anyone can get on for you hugh at sdscooters can tho
oh to add to the list.......

NEVER TRUST CHINESE WIRING......

had 2 wires blow up today....ys, BLOW UP....as in a matter of a half second go from fine to litterally no longer in tact...not melted, burned thru.... i am done with this cockamamie harness and starting fresh and wiring the pig myself....

Make the harness broken down to 3 different systems....I do it to all my bikes to eliminate problems....sometimes its 4 systems wihen Vapors and blinkers are used.......4 seperate 10 amp fuses are used aswell

Ignition

Charging

Starting

really all i need on this bike is starter, charge, and headlight/dash light...maybe i will do blinkers, but probably not....i can eliminate a LOT of wire if i run it myself...LOL i already have power blocks that are fused from lighting that the previous owner had, but ripped out, so i can just start from scratch on the wiring... run it all individually and fuse everything...LOL none of this one fuse crap....

i already wired the starter solenoid, and half wired the headlight...LOL it was working, but something went poof while i was riding apparently...because it no longer does...LOL i love my light too....got a set of 3.5" driving lights and wired one up and mounted it from a horn bracket (horn still works too...quite loud...LOL

Yes the cable system works great with the 110cc's. So you'll be good to go. It's when you go withe bigger motors you run into problems. When i got my 150 motor i was using the 110cc clutch cable just to get by. It pop so i had to go with the heavier duty cable, It stretched but it's still useable.
Now i'm confident in knowing if i ever should need to go a 6disk and heavier clutch spring setup i'm good.
I'm pretty sure the hydro system needed to be bleeded some more. It took me along time and i know others that's very skilled. And had problems getting the hydro bled properly and said they don't work.
Hey guys , Im new to pocket bikes and wanted to get some info about them . Can someone email me at [email protected] and help me out thanks !
i chose to just get a good clutch perch and lever, its unbreakable and indeed i have crashed a few times and its ok, the pull is strong on the hand but i dont shift alot racing

i cant justify spending 3/4 of the cost of the bike (i paid 100) for a clutch lever...LOL

i did however grab this a few hrs ago...

oh and i just picked up a 22 mm mikuni to match my cam thats gonna show up any day now...
i dont base my upgrades on the percentage i paid for the bike, kinda odd way to do things
rather i get the best parts that i can afford
i bought some poop like your link and it broke on the second ride, sure was cheap tho
Well, i can see that mentality if you race a lot.... This isnt a race bike by any means... I just want to get it working right... I wont be pushing it into the corners so hard that i lay it down a lot...
Yeah monsta1780(aka Reid) had a set of those. One crash and the unbreakable broke. I'm iffy about my hydraulic clutch lever holding up. So i started looking for some aluminum stock to make my own lever like a did for my brake lever.
@the tire comment, i run tubes....but mounting tires arent so bad to mount, do what cam2 said, use lube....

I did.....so much so that i couldnt get a good grip on the tire with my knee whilst trying to work the rest around......
it isnt about racing, its about getting good parts, like i said i got a set of those levers from china and they broke where the cable is held in, not from a fall or crash, just cause they were a weak piece of aluminum that couldnt handle the stress of my regular ol 5 plate clutch, i waited 3 freakin weeks for thosemarcelo...so thats why i got the asv levers and dude first off they are so sweet and smooth, fully adjustable and durable too, jus sayin
i dont got doh like that either but if im gonna spend the money anyway, i might as well get something good
if i resold my bike all that would count
